Cancellation & Refund Policy – Ayo Vacation
At Ayo Vacation, we aim to maintain transparency regarding cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation Policy (Domestic & International Tours)
Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation before departure:
- 30 days or more before travel:
Cancellation charges as per supplier policy (hotel/transport) - 15–29 days before travel:
30% of total tour cost will be deducted - 7–14 days before travel:
50% of total tour cost will be deducted - Less than 7 days before travel:
100% cancellation charges (no refund)
Special Conditions
- Air tickets, train tickets, visas, and permits are non-refundable as per airline/government rules.
- Some hotel bookings may be non-refundable during peak season or special dates.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
- Bank or payment gateway charges, if any, will be deducted.
No Show Policy
- No refund will be provided for no-show or early departure from the tour.
