Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- Final payment must be completed before the start of the tour.
Pricing
- Prices are subject to change based on availability, season, or supplier policies.
- Any increase in taxes, fuel charges, or government fees will be borne by the customer.
Itinerary Changes
- Tour itineraries may change due to weather conditions, road closures, or local regulations.
- No refund will be provided for unused services due to itinerary changes beyond our control.
Travel Documents
- Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID proofs, passports, visas, and permits.
- Ayo Vacation is not responsible for denial of entry due to incomplete or invalid documents.
Responsibility
- Ayo Vacation acts as a travel service facilitator.
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural calamities, or any unforeseen events beyond our control.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bhuj, Gujarat.
